Ok so if you didn't Guess my deck is Chaos return with a certain Dragon. Well the Tourney is Advanced Format but you were allowed one banned card i chose to throw in CED and as far as i was concerned it was a good idea although i only drew him twice during the whole tourney. I arrived about fourty minutes early and i went to talk to the tourney Head who is also my fellow team mate Jerry. I signed up with him and told him i was almost done with the deck that i would be using for a good while. Its a macro cosmos deck which i am almost finished building im missing a few monarchs and probably another scout plane but off of that i made some decent trades from which i got an ultimate D.D. Survior which looks bad A**. Then I had a practice duel against my friend which i won although it was basically my teamate chris dueling through me and my deck. lol. Well soon after Jerry called for the tables to be cleared and Round 1 began. Oh yeah and the tourney was set up in swiss format no finals depends on tiebreakers.
Round 1 Vs. James (Chaos Phoenix odd deck)
Duel 1: James took this one with bad planning on my part and overextensions that killed me.
Duel 2: Well this one i was actually winning i had him at the point where he was topdecking and it was in this duel that i actually got to use memory crusher he had eighteen fusions so it was like i swung for 2800. he thought it was so cool he took a picture of it on his phone.
Duel 3: Well this one i was actually winning in the begining then he destroyed my resources which lead me to topdecking where i was able to topdeck envoy of the end to blow up his huge field for game.
I told Jerry i won then i wondered around watching other duels while i waited for the next round.
Round 2 Vs. Albert (Random Deck that i never figured out)
Duel 1: This one he just got a better hand. Since whenever i play Albert we joke and play fun. So when it got down to where i knew i was gonna lose i rammed my own spirit reaper into his mytic swordsman level 2 to kill myself baffling him.
Duel 2: I got a better hand on this one and pulled out the victory through the use of nyan nyan until he braincontroled it to destroy it i still one this one.
Duel 3: This one i was having advatange and i believe i creature swapped for a goat trading asura priest. but with two minutes till time i was able to return a few monsters for game.
Round 3 Vs. Rich (Chaos Return i think)
Duel 1: Bad hand management and a bad hand on my part led to my downfall by a few monarchs.
Duel 2: This one i actually pulled out the victory by a well used bottomless on a Mobius then i just whittled him down.
He sided in a few cards
Duel 3: Throughout most of the duel i joked with him saying that if i lost i would lose again just to mess with his tiebreakers. He laughed and said nooooooo jokingly. Well as far as i remember for the longest time i was swinging with a spirit reaper and night assailant. I got him topdecking until i had him low enough to return for game although it was only 100 lp overflow
Round 4 Vs. Don't remember his name never seen him before (Choas return i think)
Duel 1: This one i lost because i made some over extensions that were fruitless and he ended up beating me due to my lack of cards.
Duel 2: I one this one by having supierior field presence and of course chaining ceasefire to his drawphase when his life was low enough lol.
Duel 3: I had this one in the bag from the getgo i had CED opening hand and had him out by turn five i used sangans effected earlier to get treeborn so i had a defense after i blew up he had a few thousand life points left he topdecked ex force which my topdecked dekoichi ran over doing 500 then i whittled him down cause he did not get any monsters.
Well as far as matches went i was undefeated. When all the talling and such were done on the comp it turn out i came in first so i used my store credit to get 8 enemy of justice packs because sadly i still needed those macro cosmos which i got i also pulled 4 holos 1 ultimate. The ultimate was cyber phoenix. I also pulled another cyber phoenix, super voltech dragon, and that e-hero wildwingman. After i went home i got a good nights sleep so all in all it was a good day.
