Strategy: I drafted a shortlist of viable luck based cards and they were all light attribute. Thus it seemed natural to work the luck theme and the light theme together.

The basic strategy is beatdown with a few twists. Coin toss turns time wizard and goddessfrom substandard cards into... substandard cards that can be awesome alot more often thanotherwise. Roulette barrel is a decent light monster and fits the luck theme. If dice re rollwas continuous it might be in here but 1 shot just isn't worth it. The rest of the monsterside focuses on the light theme. Shining Angel tutors the key luck cards and self replaces,
soul of purity and light is a special summon 2000 attack with an entertaining effect and Zaborg ,breaker, DDWL,and airknight are just very solid light monsters.

The only real suprises on the magic side are second coin toss for the luck strategy, luminous spark for the light, and DD capsule for thinning the many bad topdecks and attracting M/Tremoval. The same goes for the traps really. Magical hats is a deck thinner, staller, and method of reusing MoF. Beyond that it's all very standard.

This deck typically plays quite agressively. It can rack up quite considerable amounts of damage in a very short time and make quite suprsing comebacks via time wizard. The fact you can pull a wizard with an angel then activate it and summon afterwards (win or lose the flip) is worth bearing in mind.
