A trickier deck to play, but it could be competative should we see some key cards come out soon (such a s Foolish Burial). In as such, all you really need to win as as many Skull Servants and King of the Skull Servants in your Graveyard and at least one King of the Skull Servants on the field for an insane boost in attack. The ideal situation would be all 3 Skull Sercants and 2 King of the Skull Servants in the Graveyard so the one King on the field has 5000 attack. Yep. Nice.
FETCHERS: The deck thinners of YGO...
Pyramid Turtle
Sangan
...and that's about it. Zombie Decks don't really have any deck thinners because (I think) Pyramid Turtle grabes a monster from your deck based off of Defense. And just about ever (good) Zombie in the game has lower then 1500 defense, so it's just as well. Sangan's self explanitory, although it can't grab King of the Skull Servants, it can grab everything else.
POWER: Any and all equips that include but are not limited to...
King of the Skull Servants
Vampire Lord
Ryo Kokki
The King himself isn't powerful until you get him boosted, and chances are you won't be playing him until then. Vamipre Lord isn't widley considered a "power" card, but his recrusion effect is annoying, and he's the third (counting a boosted King) most powerful card in this deck, so he's included. Kokki is awesome for his Anti-Warrior (and Spellcaster, to a lesser extent) effect, and being a 2400 attack monster that's fetchable with Pyramid Turtle makes him a near staple in Zombie decks.
SYNERGY: Nearly all the cards in the deck work together in one common goal; to get the field clear for that one huge shot. These cards include but are not limited to...
Breaker the Magical Warrior
Mystical Space Typhoon
Torrential Tribute
Smashing Ground
Lightning Vortex
Giant Trunade
Snatch Steal
Heavy Storm
Exiled Force
Basically, most of the cards here are in most decks, with the exception of Giant Trunade, which I think is essential in any rush based deck, such a beatdown. Don't get me wrong -- A Skull Servant deck is nothing more then a modified beatdown, so there you have it.
SPEED: The usual...
Card Destruction
Graceful Charity
Pot of Greed
No, really. These cards belong in every deck, with the exception of Card Destruction. He can be used as speed if needed, but he's mostly dump material to get those Kings and Skull Servants into the graveyard.
PHONEIX DOWN CARDS: Rise from your grave!!
Call of the Haunted
Premature Burial
Book of Life
The only reason I mention these is because Zombie Decks are mostly known for their 5 ways of bringing monster back from the graveyard (should Book of Life be maxed). In Traditional Format, Monster Reborn is useable, bumping the recrusion up to 6. No other deck except maybe Gravekeepers (and their accursed Rite of Spirit) can boast that.
TECH CARDS: Annoying your opponent the strategy, hm?
Creature Swap
Scapegoat
Possibly the most annoying combo in the game is your opponent switching a Scapegoat into attack mosde and taking...well, ANYTHING from you and attacking the Goat for direct damage, since the Goat's stats are pathetic at a measly 0/0. Creature Swap is also good for giving your opponent a Skull Servant and then attacking it with a boosted King to make the King more powerful. The combos are endless.
FINISHING THE GAME: Heh...
King of the Skull Servants
Ring of Destruction
If you have the opportunity to attack with a 5000 attack monster, you usually take it. As far as I know, there aren't really any other monster that are this easy to pump without the help of equips. The ways to get a King to his maximum attack are endless, and when Foolish Burial comes out (if, I should say) then the combo will only get stronger. Attack directly for 5000 and then Ring of Destruction The King. Good game, no rematch. Heh. I love this deck.
