Another Vicious Production: Dark Scorpians
Well after pulling dark scorpains from every tin (after 10 meanea the thorns I only get 2 gorg the strong...), I suppose it was time to continue the story... in Don Zaloogs point of view. You may notice the huge size of this deck. I suppose I should call the deck Reckless Greed, I'm running Meanae the Thorn, Dark Mimic lvl 3, Morphing Jar, Card Destruction, Painful Choice, Pot of Greed, Mirage of Nightmare, and Reckless Greed to draw/burn my deck. I'd use Dragged Down to the Grave too... but thats asking for it. And the MST in my deck, isn't used for Mirage of Nightmare, I have no intensions of destroying it. Hopefully Serpent and Meanae can keep adding what I discard from my hand to keep up the cost.
Story: With Kuriboh Captured, Mefist and the Dark Scorpians did not flee with Freed and his army. Rather they stayed behind for a rescue attempt. Luckily, the masses of Freed's retreat left them unnoticed. Secretly roaming in Ha Des's territory they search for Kuriboh. If they get sighted, Mefist would act as decoy while the Scorpians continue on with the rescue. Mefist lurked in the shadows while the Scorpains, using their theif gear, scaled the ceiling. Many of the scorpians are beginning to loose faith. Chick is constantly worried the sound from their sweat hitting the ground in the heat may reviel them, Gorg is parnoid their stench of perspiration from the heat will alert the demons, and Meanea is terrified of a demon encounter period. It is then that Don Zaloog tries to gather his group and remind them why they are the worlds most infamous and feared bandits.

Deck Strategy: To get in many direct attacks as possible, before Mirage and my other deck burners catch up to me. Either win by reducing their LP to 0 or their deck count to 0.
Don Zaloog - Founder and leader of the Dark Scorpians know for his tatics (and traps). A huge bounty is on his head but no one has been able to collect. Valuables such as diamonds and ancient treasure have been put in public by displays by Kings and Nobles to allure and catch this man, thus bring him to justice. All have ended up empty handed and emptied of thier treasuries. Don Zaloog is used for hand advantage and for burning my opponent before I burn myself.
Cliff the Trap Remover - The genius of the Dark Scorpians. Don Zaloog uses Cliff to disarm and remove any traps that the Scorpians may encounter to ensure a swift hiest with no losses. Knowledgable even about traps set in the tombs of the dead Pharoahs, many pyramids have been raided thanks to him. Cliff helps me burn my opponent and remove my opponent's and my own spells and traps.
Chick the Yellow - The quiet and most stealthful of the Dark Scorpians. Chick's saying is "Better to be safe than sorry". Although seen as overprecautious (and possibly cowardly), Chick's skills as a theif are quite indisposable. Zaloog uses Chick to infiltrate and report on the dangers. Chick has a useful ability to blow back cards on the field to their hand after doing damage, also I could have an advantage by peeking at what my opponent will draw next, also telling me whether or not I should mill my opponent's deck.
Meanea the Thorn - Sassy and bossy, Meanea's personality can be quite repelling (not to mention her choice of weapon). Not many dare cross paths with Meanea, and those that don't leave unharmed. Sometimes even Zaloog takes orders from her... but at least she keeps the other members on their toes. Meanea can help me order more Scorpians to prepare for action whether they're in my deck or in my graveyard. Sending them to my hand from the grave can also help with Painful Choice and Mirage of Nightmare's cost.
Gorg the Strong - The muscle of the group. Gorg usally assist in lifting the heavier loot and for taking out enemies and clearing paths for the other Scorpians. Can't have a Dark Scorpian Deck without Gorg and 1800 ATK isn't bad. He has the ability to burn my opponent's deck or return 1 monster from the opponent's hand field to the hand.
Dark Scorpian Burlgars - Together the Dark Scorpians are unstoppable as they've gotten out of many situations. From the labyrths of Kings to the tombs of the Dead, they've taken vast amounts of rare treasures (especially the magical ones). Fleeing from their pursuers they seek riches now in the pyramids in the vast sands... where the pharoah's sleep. These guys are decked because of their 1000 ATK with goes good along with a card I put in the deck.
Morphing Jar - A special Jar that is full of valuables. Don Zaloog stole this jar to covet its riches. Once broken, he will recieve his rewards. When Morphing Jar is flipped (most likely shattered by my opponent's attack), I'll be able to draw 5 new cards (gets rid of bad hands and gets me a new one... even if I didn't have a hand before.)
Sinister Serpent - Depicted as an avatar for Immortality and Rebirth, this rare snake has rarely been seen. Only the rich and powerful can afford to get one. Zaloog's power is the ability to steal these serpent's from others and resell them for a higher price. Sinister can be used for Painful Choice, discard bait, Mirage of Nightmare fodder, and Creature Swap use.
Dark Mimic - As known as Fakes, this magical beings pose as treasure chests and attack the unwary. Sometimes they contain actual treasures that they swallowed from their victims. Don Zaloog has encountered and defeated many of these. Weaker than the usual Man Eating Cheast encounters, Don Zaloog easily overcomes Dark Mimics and even created his own as traps, setting them on the floor pretending to give back what he stole. Many were in for the last surprise of their lives. They offer more draw power and can be Creature Swapped... and I'd still get the effect. Evil isn't it.
Secret Passage to the Treasures - The secret to the efficiency of the Dark Scorpians, is that they no the quickest way in and out. But this does not always mean its the safest way. Luckily they have Cliff and Gorg (who sometimes have to carry a scaried Chick). Secret Passage will help Meanea, Dark Scorpian Burglers, Chick, and Dark Mimic get in a direct attack.
Mirage of Nighmare - While in the tombs of the prince's of the Hot Sands, it is quite common to encounter a spell designed to decieve theives (normally with images of vast riches). The Illusion fools those into walking into a deadly trap. I use this for more drawing power... unfortunately if I'm not too careful, I can be the reason for my own defeat.
Reckless Greed - Although Chick maybe a coward, with the right price Chick can forget all fears. Sometimes this leads Chick into more trouble, especially when in the tombs of the pharoahs. With other draw speeds this card has no cost, also it can slow down the pace of me burning myself with Mirage in play.
Pharoah's Treasure - While in the tombs, the Scorpians found the Pharoah's Treasure. But this vast treasure will take time to bag and danger is lurking about...how will they get it out alive? Sending a card back to my deck isn't that bad, especially with constant Mirage burn. Unfortunately with draw speed... I'll probably draw this sooner than I'd want to.
Mirror Wall - In the Dark Scorpian's earilier career they once raided a castle well known to be full of evil spirits. But this happened to be the Castle of the Vampire Lord. Almost killed by the Vampire's Mistresses, they managed to escape with some of the Vampire's special Mirrors. They use these Mirrors to conceal themselve and to project their image else where. Once the victim is caught in the wall, they fall pray to the attack of the Scorpians. I'm using the wall to protect my Scorpians from bigger monsters. Little intention of paying. With CEDevice, Ring of Destruction, and Sakuretsu Amors, I hope to keep the field clear for direct attacks.
Bottomless Trap Hole - A trap that Zaloog has been known to set. Once the enemy has fallen in, Zaloog takes the opportunity to piledge or to make a get away. This will help me deal with the popular 1500+ monsters people deck, especially the D.D. Warrior Ladies. They can go out of play by themselves.
Story Continuation: Reminded of their past encounters with danger, the re-inspired Dark Scorpians continue on. Chick and Don lure the guards surrounding Kuriboh's cell where he is being tormented. With the guard's chasing them, Gorg takes the opportunity to break the cell bars. The internal guards try to stop them, but are defeated at the hands... rather whip of Meanea and Mefist. Cliff de-spells the binds on Kuriboh and the group escape together... until they ran into an old "friend" who bursts through a wall and falls to the ground. Archfiend Skull has his sights set on Kuriboh and stands up to charge an attack to destroy them all. In Kuriboh's condition, he can not fight but tries to reason with his old friend and make him remember. To make this worse a snarl is coming from the other side of the hole in the wall. What beast lurks in darkness on the otherside of the wall? Could this be their savior or destroyer? Meanwhile, Ha Des is well aware of the actions of Freed and is devising a plan, to seize control of Zorc again, who's ritual Freed saved Ha Des's the trouble of finding.
Okay what does everyone think of the story and deck? Inputs will be appreciated... meanwhile... I have work to do on another deck...
