The deck can otk/ftk via light pulsar, redmd and Toon Cannon Soldier.
1.Normal Toon Cannon Soldier
2.SS light pulsar or redmd by Monster Reborn or light pulsar's own eff
3.Tribute pulsar for burn
4.Then Special summon redmd via pulsar eff
5.Tribute redmd and pulsar for burn
6.Repeat
The deck is designed to draw cards and send dragons to grave for the combo asap.
The monster line-up includes galaxy eyes,malefic stardust,Clear Vice Dragon, and ladd, they serve as fodder for light pulsar,Trade-In,ravine, and Hand Destruction.
Rate/Fixes appreciated..

1. Momentary Truce blocks all damage, which means any attempts to OTK fail.
2. Now that I think about it, you can use the engine that powers Dragon Draw Exodia on this thing, right?

Changes:
-3 LaDD
+3 Phantom Dragon
+1 Plaguespreader
Added plague because of this combo suggested on one of the threads here:
Combo:
Summon Plaguespreader Zombie.
Special Pulsar. Sync for Stardust, nab REDMD.
REDMD revives Pulsar.
Stack for Plague.
Sync for Scrap Dragon, nab another REDMD.
2nd REDMD revives Drago.
3 cards, you get Stardust + Scrap + Drago + 2 REDMD.
Is plague worth the spot for this combo? If so, what would i replace it with? I am thinking of foolish or maybe Hand Destruction?
Momentary Truce is definitely a no no in this deck.
@Suibon: How would the engine look like? I'm interested.. )

yeah the moment Pulsar was shown I noticed the loop. I am running a dragon draw engine with the new Verz zehhak as one of my dumpable darks. Its scary that opening up toon tables, Future Fusion and pulsar is gg. Not to mention the insane draw support behind dragons. You can just draw into the ftk turn 1 almost 50% of the time.

Pulsa shouldn't have the effect of bringing back a level 5 or higher Dark Dragon... Below level 6 would've been good enough.

Until this card was announced i never knew so many people didnt know the difference between if and when... i mean, reading a dictionary pretty much explains why the card doesnt miss the timing. |

Someone please explain to me how a dictionary would prove me right or wrong, especially when applying it to ygo. People need to think before posting. Thanks to the other people for letting me know. This guy is just a jackass.

How about Gold Sarc in here to search FF? Or is it too slow?
Also which draw cards is everyone using? I'm thinking Upstarts, Trade-Ins and Hand Des, anything else?

Most people are using a deep draw dragon engine. Gold Sarc is far too slow for the deck, you are likely to win before you get whatever you have removed.

This card has been edited the "if to when" so this card now misses timing. As far as I read on the wikia, Lightpulsar wont activate its effect if is tribute for the synchro, xyz and ritual summon of a monster since the last thing to happen is the summon of a new monster. The same applies for the Toon Cannon Soldier since the last thing to happen is its burning effect. This might be true

I think a recent mag scan had this card's text changed to "when...you can", so it'll miss the timing. |
