You listed Monster Reborn twice in this deck. One in the spells and one in the traps. What is the card supposed to be in traps?

Lower your monster count to 20 or less.

Take out Against the Wind & Cards for Black Feathers for 2 Pot of Duality.

Take out Resonance Device for a 2nd Mystical Space Typhoon.

Add a 3rd Icarus Attack.

Your Blackwing synchros are good; you just need the staple synchros like Catastor, Brionac, Trishula, etc.

I must be the only person who finds Sirroco to be a dead card a lot of the time?
With Zephyros and Vayu being able to get a BW on the field at any time I find it better to run 1 of each Sirroco and Elphin.
So maybe
-2 Sirroco
+1 Elhpin
+1 Avarice

And yeah I'd probs replace either Against Wind, Black Feathers or Resonance for a second MST.

Sirocco is almost never a dead card in my hand. I usually just normal summon him; I rarely tribute summon him. If my opponent has no monsters on the field; I save Sirocco in my hand for another turn. Most level 4 monsters have trouble against Sirocco's 2000 attack; he's a beatstick similar to Cyber Dragon.

Reason why Resonance Device is teched in there is because it gives more Synchro/XYZ options. Going into Silverwing the Ascendant becomes easier than ever with Blizzard and Resonance Device. I could possibly replace Cards for Black Feathers and Against the Wind with 2x Pot of Duality, and stick a second MST somewhere in there. Also, I've tried Elphin. It's not a bad card, but it can be a dead draw more often than Sirocco.
