It's because the fact that there is a card that does the job better. While Laval doesn't.
Also keep in mind, that Divine Wrath works in secret. You don't know it's there. Opponent preety much knows that Dolkka is on the field. |
A mini Avarice... wtf are you talking about? Chain only has 2 effects. I'm pretty sure you're talking about Daigusto Emerald which is NOT what I'm talking about.
Keep in mind that Divine Wrath doesn't have an ATK & DEF. I don't really get what the opponent's knowledge has to do with it. Unless he has an out, then I wouldn't be too worried. If he goes out of his way to get rid of Dolkka just so he can activate his monster's effect then Dolkka's already putting in work.
People search out Veiler with Sangan all the time, losing the "secret" element. So what if your opponent knows you have a Veiler? If you were smart, you'd know when your opponent is trying to bait you out and when he's actually going for the actual play.
Oh and I get what you mean, Lagia > Dolkka (in most cases). However, I have space for both

Dolkka is amazing, I mean if you were playing against a Resuce rabbit deck, bang negate rabbit eff. If your opponent has a Evolaizer Laggia on the field and they try and negate your spell or trap card, you can negate its eff. Negate the eff of BLS. Dolkka, Laggia, along with the solemn brigade and Thunder King Rai-Oh causes for NEGATION CITY .
I also have space for both Thinking of playing 3 of each if Dolkka detaches 1 unit instead of 2, if it detaches 2 then I'll play 2.

Well now they have a way to deal with an on field catastor atleast.
Laggia was useless in that situation so, yeah...this is a nice addition.

What? A unitless laggia isn't a threat.
If it had an unit it wolf be stupid to not negate catastor's shokan!
So I don't get it. What made u think bottomless warning and laggia's effects are useless against it?

On field meaning it was there before u summoned.... And i think this is almost a waste of a card, because if it only had better attack it could be a better compliment. And it might also mean that evols are done if they are getting evolzar #2 as a TCG exclusive

They are Dragons because of Solidarity. How crazy would it be to have a 3000+ negator on the field.
Anyway run Jurracs and the Fire field spell. That extra ATK will make it harder for the opponent to run them over.

Molten Destruction provides an easy general ATK boost and makes them waste S/T removal.
This ATK boost since DEF doesn't mean squat helps a number of Jurracs that have good effects but reliant on their low ATK. Fire ties them all together.

Evolzar Dolkka is just a complement to Evolzar Laggia, as already stated. Unfortunately, I find it difficult to imagine how you'd manage to get 4 Lv 4 Dinosaurs on the field at the same time.

dollka negates things like Effect Veiler that can stop laggia. First go Laggia, then next turn go dollka. then they cant do a thing. Stop veiler, stop swiftscarecrow, stop D.D. Crow.
If i face a laggia i know i either have to burn a big card to use up his negation, or i can veiler and compulse; veiler and d prison.
No doubt dollka isnt as good as laggia. But its a dam good card

EVOLS can spam both pretty quickly. Possibly in the same turn depending on if they get another exclusive
