do you think that this card will be banned, or will be kept limited?

Limited. It's needed to keep the game in check.

^ Tragoedia does that fine by himself. As does Effect Veiler. And Trag's not exactly broken or OP at all. All of his special effects are so specific, that they're pretty much useless.
Gorz is too easy to plus with. He can go to 0.

I wonder if it'd be emergency limited if we brought it back to 3 for one format again.

Gorz should go to 0.
Trag takes his place fine and Trag is more balanced.

Gorz the Emissary of Darkness is a good counter to all of the HUGE overpowered boss monsters that are floating around.
A good "Troll" is when you have Veiler and Gorz in hand, your opponent gets out Judgment Dragon, bombs the field, inflicts 3000 damage, you drop Gorz, main phase 2 they pay another 1000 points for JD effect you Veiler it's effect and then next turn topdeck BLS and go ROFLOL for GG.

It will most likely stay at 1. I feel it should go to 0, but it is a borderline card and will most likely stay at 1 as a band-aid fix to counter the increasing speed of the game.

Hell to the no....
Trag is going to 3 most likely so that can stop the OTK's with 3 Battle faders.
More than 1 Gorz would ruin the game. It keeps people honest in Heavy Storm formats.....last format it was 16 trap line-ups because of Trunade.
Trag is good enough when hes a 3,000 early game beater...thatlll be suffice

This card helps control swarm even if it does win games in top decking situations it is needed to stop stupidness that is involved in the game right now.

Gorz is a solution to a problem that should of never existed.
Get rid of the problem and then get rid of Gorz.

I hate OTK's.
Therefore I am in favor of Gorz at 1.

Tragoedia does the same thing, but without generating easy plusses.
I agree there's way too much easy summon spam, though. But wouldn't it be better to bump Trag up to 3, and puts Gorz at 0?

thought that i should bring this card because almost everybody is using this card again.
fun fact: in heavy set format, gorz isn't seen that much, but in a less set format this card is seen a lot.

Gorz is the Heavy Storm for attacking, it produces some form of psychology and threat in the game that can be played around.

Sometimes, it is fun to bluff, and just draw 1 card and do nothing. My opponent will usually say "You think I don't know that you have Gorz in your hand?" Great for stalling.

Gorz stays at one. He prevents OTKs. I don't like OTKs..

Stay at one. Helps fend off "lol summon 3 JD's".

*facepalm*
Since when has "don't attack" been a viable form of playing around something?
When you play around Heavy Storm, you either 1. Set chainable cards or 2. Force your opponent to at least match your loss. This is fine because it does not necessarily prevent you from defending yourself or winning the game.
When you play around Dark Hole, you either control the number of monsters you play or make sure you have game before your opponent can play it.
When you "play around" Gorz, you get nowhere. Furthermore, when you play into Gorz, Gorz gives your opponents tools to win the game with, even if you previously had nothing. Not even Heavy Storm or Dark Hole are capable of that in anything but odd circumstances. It forces a situation where you, the player who should have advantage, has to have an answer to a threat that is far too massive for how easy it is to summon.

Why not just deal with the JDs directly if they're so lol? (i.e. ban)
tl;dr: what inpachi789 said. This problem should never have existed to be answered, especially not in this way.

*mimicking 'realistic' voice*
Because 3 JDs are not a problem. Have you seen them topping recently? You don't? So stop *******g about it, scrub. GTFO.
