Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Rainbow
SilentEdge mentioned something about a Rainbow Neos deck with BLS added in. And I was like "That sounds totally awesome" and went ahead to create this beauty.
Still a prototype build, so any thoughts or fixes are welcome.

haven't actually gotten the cards together to test it out yet :P I'm focusing on fixing my Gate Hero and GBs first before moving on to this.
Made some small changes. Comments anyone?

Main point I would say - Minus the Snowmen, and KotS, and swap the Gates for Polys. Gates remove the Neos and Rainbow Dark, meaning they can't then be removed for the Chaos Monsters. KotS will search your polys, while also providing Water for Zero. And in a format with 3 MST, Gate could be stopped by MST, Poly can't. Then the Terraformings can become Super Poly's/Whatever else. Perhaps 1 Super Poly, 1 Parallel World. Dunno. Hope that helps =]

Hm... yeah, I guess I've gotten too attached to Fusion Gate (I can't help it since I've tied it to Unlimited Blade Works). I'll make the changes then test them on DN later on.

Opened with a god hand during a test play just now:
Neos, Rainbow, Poly, Storm, Prisma, and I drew into Miracle Fusion.
Used Storm, dumped Necroshade with Prisma, got Rainbow Neos out, sent Prisma to grave and spun his face down monster, Miracle into Shining and attacked for 7700..
He scoops next turn.

If I may ask, what's the point of Escuridao? Wouldn't a few Vision HERO fusions be better? Rather, what is it that makes him decent in this deck? Just curious. I'm rather tired and may not be thinking properly.

... That is actually a good point. Plus I haven't been actively fixing this deck, since I'm busy with other stuff right now.
I guess my reasoning was that Vision Heroes can't be Miracle Fusion'd.

Just checking... You know you can't dump Rainbow Dragon with Prisma's effect by revealing Rainbow Neos right? This is because the Japanese Version of Rainbow Neos says "1 Ultimate Gem God Monster" to include both Rainbow Dragon and Rainbow Dark Dragon... I believe it's somewhere in the rulings...

You're correct you can't use Prisma's effect to dump Rainbow Dragon or Rainbow Dark Dragon.

Not sure, I haven't been extensively playtesting. But it's fairly easy to do with Prisma or Necroshade in the grave.

I would recomend taking off Wrath of Neos. Its a good card but its not exacli easy to get neos on the field, even with prisma and necroshade. and 2 voltic..
1 is fine
I Would take out
1 Wrath of Neos (it sends back to the deck... plus its nor
t that easy to use...)
1 Voltic (1 is fine)
1 Neos (2 is enough. you have 3 prismas, 2 stratos, 2 e-call)
Put in
2 Gold Sarco( drawing Rainbow Dragon isnt exacly easy especially at two and this card help's a lot)
1x Fusion Recovery(this card is awesome, because you don't have to worry about using neos with Polymerization. plus its the fastest way to Re-Fusion Rainbow Again)

Rebuilt the deck a bit. Now with Parallel World Fusion I can recycle banished Rainbow Dragons for Shining, so I'm going back to good old Gate :P
