Create a Card Challenge 1: Monarchs
This is my first Create-a-card challenge so bare with me :L
Heres the basic premise, I will Create-A-Card and at the bottom of my post will include the name of a new card to create. The next person to post will create a card based on the name i gave and then icnlude a name for the next card and so on and so forth. The cards can be any card type, including Xyz, fusion, synchro and ritual monsters. Please stick to pojo rules and do not be hateful to each other over cards being "broken" or "OP". Konami have released their fair share of broken cards over the years of yugioh must i remind you? :L
Remember.. all the cards must be MONARCH themed!
Card #1
Kazuo, Heir of the Storm
Level 4 Wind Warrior Effect Monster
1200 500
When this face-up card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can add an "Heir" monster or "Raiza, the Storm Monarch" from your deck to your hand.
Next Card:
Throne of the Shadow

Throne of the Shadow
Type: Trap Card

When a "Caius the Shadow Monarch" which is succesfully Tribute Summoned, is destroyed, add 1 "Monarch" Monster of a different Attribute from your Deck to your Hand. That card cannot be summoned until your next turn.

Er, this create-a-card game already exists here, but without any restrictions on what your card can support.

It isn't against Pojo rules, but it is frowned upon in general to post a clone of a thread which is already active (on any fora).

but it isnt a clone because its differently defined if that were taken into account everywhere that could be applied to the format that trade threads or deck discussion threads are posted in...
