Can ANY of them EVER return to see the light of day?

Nope. These cards will and should never see the light of day again. In terms of defining broken these cards do that pretty well.

Confiscation is obviously the most balanced of those. And even that, should never come off the list.
too much control, too easily.
Anyone that wouldn't make Any of those 3 cards staples at max in EVERY one of their decks is honestly stupid
