Flame shines brightest in the darkest shadow.
A new look at the possibilities of Flamvells....
This isn't your normal Flamvell deck. You'll notice that right off the bat once you get past the 8 Flamvell monsters, but then you're first impression will (most likely) be negative.
However!
I have tested this deck and it has done quite well. Albeit, I have yet to test against a meta deck, however I have high hopes because of its performances. Let me explain a little bit to you before you go over the build then.
In general, Flamvells are used for tuning. In fact, that's all I've ever seen them used for and with Rekindling plays they had immense potential, but they're hardly seen anymore, though you do have the few stragglers who do well...from time to time. Then I looked at the monster line-up and thought to myself: "Why can't they just be a generic beat down? Why does Firedog have to be used, almost exclusively, for his effect, and why only ever get Magician to go for some lv8 Synchro?" Look at the monsters, people. You have a big, 1900atk beat-stick. While 1700atk is hardly a beat-stick, if you can get around the backrow there are plenty of things to run over and with additional damage with a decent effect. You also have a discard effect that gives a permanent +400atk, but the real clincher is a monster that you tribute to give your already big monsters bigger! And you can swarm them for game pushes up to three times if you want (referring to Rekindling here, people)! Rekindling 3 Archers, a Grunika, and a Firedog to an open field (while rare) is an OTK of 8800 damage, y'know. So...knowing all this, why don't you look at my build.
(TL;DR summary: It's good. Control + Aggressive Beat-down.)

Read more, understand more, answer your own question, no need to post that.
But it's easier to answer here...and really simple:
-The deck is based around Control and Beat-down, not tuning.
Longer Explanation for those who care:
-This deck is centered around beatdown with the Flamvell monsters while controlling with the rest of your deck. Its not based around tuning. You have synchros 'cuz you can and they help, and so your Flamvells won't be removed after the first Rekindling (if you don't win that turn...).

That's one of the many reason that I run synchros. And I stated that...besides, I'm just trying to say that the deck doesn't revolve around synchros, though they are helpful.

As stated above, i would really recommend at least one magician. Stardust Dragon is a good control card and since you're playing 3 spys, you will always have the monsters to tune with.
