Would Destruction Jammer be able to negate a solemn that negates a monster's summon? How about Infernity Barrier negating a monster's effect?

Barrier destroys the card too. I totally mind blanked on the solemn part though. I feel so dumb...
I also forgot the card needs you to discard a card.
What is wrong with me... |

Cards are not played because they are bad. Life isn't about finding some magic treasure box and winning a tourney because you "found some original and creative tech that trumps the meta." You and everyone else is trying to do that. Kelbek is garbage compared to Juju and Wall of Illusion. Destruction Jammer is garbage period.
