Default Debris Sworn...Help?

Hi there everyone! I'm here to ask your help about my Debris Sworn. So here is my take on Debris Sworn, help would be appreciated. (Remember this is March 2011 Format)

Techs will be after the deck.

1x Celestia, Lightsworn Angel
1x Wulf, Lightsworn Beast
1x Garoth, Lightsworn Warrior
2x Jain, Lightsworn Paladin
2x Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress
1x Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner
2x Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
2x Debris Dragon
1x Dandylion
1x Glow-Up Bulb
1x Card Trooper
1x Snowman Eater
1x Shiny Black "C"
1x Cyber Dragon
1x Gorz the Emissary of Darkness
1x Honest

Spells: 15
3x Solar Recharge
3x Gold Sarcophagus
3x Pot of Avarice
2x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Charge of the Light Brigade
1x Monster Reborn
1x Foolish Burial
1x Dark Hole

Traps: 3
3x Royal Decree

Extra: 6
1x Stardust Dragon
1x Magical Android
1x Black-Winged Dragon (Beat Stick)
3x Tempest Magician

I don't have a side deck yet, so help would be nice for what to have!

Reason For Techs:
1x Card Trooper: Before I did have 2, but against my friends, I been milling my whole deck out, so I replace it will my 3rd Pot of Avarice.
3x Pot of Avarice: It was at 1, but with my deck always getting milled, 3 was needed to keep the deck from decking out.
1x Wulf/Celestia: No more dead draws when at 1.

Any help/support would be fantastic! Thanks!
