Default Junk Warrior vs. Doppelwarrior

I think I know the answer, but I want to make sure.

Junk Synchron is normal summoned, fetching Doppelwarrior. If I synchro them together for Junk Warrior, does Junk Warrior look for anything to boost its attack, and then Doppelwarrior activates in a new chain?

That's correct.

Chain 1: Doppel Warrior
Chain 2: Junk Warrior

It works in a similar case to BRD and Beast of the Pharaoh.

No, Junk Warrior is mandatory and will be placed in chain link 1, while Doppel Warrior is chain link 2

God gave you a perfect, concise, and well versed answer. I think we should just leave it at that.

So, because Doppelwarrior would resolve first, Junk Warrior would go up by 800 to 3100 because of the 2 tokens?

Or, you know, you could just special summon Doppel Warrior from your hand and save the trouble of having two attack-position tokens ready to be slaughtered. I personally think Doppelwarrior works amazingly in virtually any synchro-oriented deck, simply because with the amount of tokens you get, you have a lot more possibilities than you did with your standard Dandylion cycle.

He has to be used as Synchro Material before he gives you tokens.

And as someone said before

Junk Warrior, then Doppel Warrior

You'll get your 2 tokens(provided you want them), and then Junk Warrior will check.

True, true. But he is a level-two with 800 ATK that can be special summoned in defense position or attack position. I'm saying that Junk Warrior revives a lvl 2 monster, you summon Doppelwarrior and leave him there. It all depends on how you want you utilize your field. I would actually prefer this to having two tokens if I couldn't use those tokens immediately. They're fodder for some serious damage, and god knows how many ways there are to kill a 3100 ATK Junk Warrior.

Many players wouldn't prefer losing a card from their hand for that though... But they just care about their card advantage too much I say, it's not like you have to win the game.
