Realized that while playing. Definitely gonna take it out for something more suited. Though if I run Glow-up Bulb/Plague Spreader, it'd be a nice way to get those into the GY.
Might run Reinforcement of the Army.

why the Neos Alius?
-3 Elemental Hero Neos Alius
+1 Thunder King Ray-Oh
+ Shining Angel (lets you search D.D. Warrior Lady)
+1 Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
Additional Comment:
-2 Krebon
+1 Plaguespreader
+1 Solemn Judgment

ive always liked Thunder Dragon at 3 in chaos
thins deck decently and gets to the grave quickly
i always put them in because chaos is always limited by light monsters

Not anymore.
Thunder King Rai - Oh
Effect Veiler
Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
D.D. Warrior Lady
Honest
^That's a perfectly viable Light Lineup for a Chaos Deck.

oh yeah i know there are really good light monsters, but gettin 2 or 3 rai-ohs isnt within everyone's budget
3 Thunder Dragon is a semi-decent replacement if you have a low budget, or even if you want to concentrate your chaos on the dark side of chaos
would u agree there?

I suppose, I've always been fond of Thunder Dragons, but it just promotes bad hand management. You draw 2 in this format, and you pretty much lose.
For that reason alone, I'd rather just run Shining Angel.

yep if u EVER draw something that u should have searched for, ur in automatic hand disadvantage and are in an uphill battle until u gain momentum again, if u ever do.
3 Shining Angel wouldnt be too bad, except attribute searchers dont see too much play anymore because simply are better cards to do the same job better
2 CyDra is good in chaos. if u draw first turn, immediate advantage. they always get bottomlessed so u dont have to worry about your sorcerors getting whipped with that

I may play Cyber Dragon, still not sure yet.
Right now, I'm probably going to go with:
3 Thunder King Rai - Oh
2 Effect Veiler
2 Honest
2 D.D. Warrior Lady
That's 9 Lights right there. May run Rykos, but still not sure yet.

Yugioh was never meant to be a poor man's game.
Money is far from no worry for me, but if I'm going to commit time and effort to this game, committing money isn't that hard.
Winning sometimes while on a budget is fun.
Winning a lot while spending(but also making it up by winning prizes) is just as fun, if not funner.
Not to mention my local is like an effing YCS(2 Shonen Jump winners and the runner up at Worlds play at my local consistently)

I'll consider it, but what I like about Breaker is that with the counter, it's at a cool 1900, which is enough to get over all of the blackwing monsters except Sirocco.
I think:
3 Thunder King Rai-Oh
2 Honest
2 Effect Veiler
2 D.D. Warrior Lady
is enough lights, with 1-2 Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter in there as well.
Additional Comment:
Bump it up!

Still would love advice guys.

The build you currently have you need Torrential Tribute its too good not to be there. i would choose it over Mirror Force anyday.

I'd probably take out Ceasefire for it.
What do you think of this build?
