Cyber Dragon Deck Major Help Needed!

I need Major Help here... this deck breaks my heart as i put a lot of resources into it. I really need help as i wanna take this to my next local tournament and really dominate.

It needs major work... its not consistent and it angers me. I have plenty of cards so just outright say what you think will improve this deck as I probably will have the cards for it or will be able to get my hands on them quickly. Thanks in advance for the help!

can i use Future Fusion to take out monster from the deck to the graveyard to then use poly and fuse monsters rom the graveyard?
