Take out Kycoo. His effect doesn't work when Necro is on the field. and I suggest running 3 Book's. You should consider adding Gravekeeper's Stele and Royal Tribute.

Reason:While its kewl to have pluses with Magician's Circle when you attack, with Spies and a Chief, you have enough special summoning abuse when you combo with Recruiter and Steele. Magical Dimensional isn't as good as Royal Tribute, since its just 1 card that gets destroyed, when instead, you could get rid of ALL the monsters in their hand and it will most likely create a huge pressure on your opponent to depend on his next draw.

Reason:Spear Soldier isn't really necessary since you've got enough monsters, I don't see a need for him at all. You really don't have any Counters, so a Seven Tools and Solemn will help out, if you don't have a Solemn, 2 Seven Tools is fine. Another Commandant is required, since you DEPEND on Necrovalley, it only adds to recycling your GKs with Steele OR be used to protect Visionary(you can use Guard as well). Since you don't have any draw power, add an Allure, ditch a Guard or Commandant after you draw. Those 2 cards could make a difference.

thanks a lot it help me a lot!!!! I ussually have trouble playing against blackwings. Myprevious record was 2-7 but now i find it a lot easier! My new record to blackwings is 3-0!!!!! THANKS =D
