OCG Top Tier?
What's top tier in the OCG right now, particularly in Japan? Is their meta as diverse as ours is right now?

Sounds about what I'd expect with them missing so many Saber cards.

Do they play Blackwings differently than we do, or are they just topping due to sheer volume of people playing the deck?

..... u realize the Japanese created all the decks we play today right?..ALL decks start in japan, QnD + FrogNarchs + Gladiator beast (and its other variants)+ zombies + Gemini Hero and moar. >.>" they get all their stuff earlier than we do so they make all the stuff before we can and then we bite off of them >.> so them "learning" how to play another deck yah... not rlly possible broskii btw blackwings are topping because of how busted they are. 'specially if ur running the Pot Of Duality + Card for black feathers for max speed.
now back to topic O.o...
u can see Machina Gadgets working their way up cuz its busted >.>
blackwings of course
Scraps are actually doing rather well tbh not even trollin here, Machine Emperor Grannel Infinity (yes they have this guy...) does amazing work when u scrap dragon abuse
Elemental hero variants (probably the anti-meta) are doing well but they got busted stuff that we dont have like parallel world fusion.
(the above is not in any specific order)
OCG Tier 1 is prolly a lot more fun than ours where its Sabers + Blackwings + Glads running around >.> and that ridiculous herald deck..so annoying >:/ why cant we get awesome stuff that isnt busted. (no guys...dark soul isnt an example of that...****'s hella busted due to its stacks)

Pretty much the only deck we use competitively that wasn't out in Japan first in some form is X-Sabers the way we have them here is because of how much of the deck is TCG exclusives..

I realize that japan gets the cards first, but if you look at what is ran there by the players, majority of the decks alone are blackwings

They also run their BW's in a much more aggressive manner than we do here

I thought Scrap Infinity would be very high up in the tiers too.

So you've never heard of proxies before, right?
TCG might not get the psysical cards until 3 months after OCG gets them, but we all learn about their effects at the same time, and lots of players in TCG make proxies and playtest the deck long before the actual cards are released.
So the whole theory "OCG makes everything first" is extremely busted.

So how is Dragunity doing in OCG Metagame?
Seeing TCG rarity ěsn't really high, make me want to make the deck...

The deck itself does well even with a meta defined by a combined cardpool, but can't win. As strong as the deck can be, MST and Book of Moon really do a number on it. Also, Phillippines have a few major differences from Japan's format.
We're all doomed anyways. In a few weeks we'll see a time paradox involving the Six Sams, and then it'll be Hero/Samurai/Scrap territory for the next year or two.

>__> Impossible. If anything, there'd be more to screw us over. The set is literally nothing but Sams and Nordics.
