Default unlimited(white border) black lotus

anyone know the actual player price for one?

i recently go a Black Lotus for drastically cheap.

i know they are worth around the 600-1000 USD range for mint and near mint as shown on ebay.

but does anyone know the actually player/collector price people are willing to offer for it?

i do not play magic, only yugioh, so im just going to get rid of it as it hold no sentimental value to me.

Typically they lowball it because its sole value is vintage and collection. I recomend taking anything around $800 if you can but don't expect the $1000.

Its not that we don't believe you but its the most popular card in MTG. There are some really good fakes out there.

I don't believe you either, but there's no need to prove anything to me because it really doesn't matter if I do or not. The valuation question is still valid.

I've seen a fake Unlimited Mox Ruby. The guy used it as a proxy and freely told everyone it was fake, plus it had a huge crease across the front from when it was bend-tested at some point. It's easier to get away with passing fake Unlimited because people mightn't suspect it.

Why not? Twenties are the most faked bill in the US, not the $100, or the $50, the twenty. Why? Because they are far more common and therefore less suspect most of the time.

Not that I think ops a fake, just stating a person making a good fake sometimes realizes a good way to add credibility is to not fake the highest price possible. Its all almost pure profit either way after all.

easier to reback CE cards....actual fakes of unlimited cards would be tough to make!

TCGPlayer vendors have the median of UL Black Lotuses at $950 each.
