Chivalry
I'm wondering, how good is Chivalry against Gladiator Beasts? Like should I side them over something like Swallow Flip against Gladiator Beasts?

im kinda a fan of Mirror of Oaths, because it lets me draw a card while also destroying their monster. Doesnt work verse Gladiator Beast Gyzarus though

Chivalry works better against a multitude of decks, while Swallow Flip is more of a anti-GB card (seeing as it works against Gyzarus too)

I have a love/hate relationship with Chivalry. It's a neat card but alot of the most broken plays and things to worry about with it (Honest/Kalut) could be stopped by playing your books right.
I perfer Swallow Flip against GBs because they usualy herp derp gyzarus before the battle phase.
Chivalry is not a bad card by any means though, I just often find myself not including it in the side, then not regretting it.
