New Pokemon Games For the DS!!!!!
I just checked out serebii.net...and I found that nintendo has a pokemon game set to release for the launch (probably the Japan launch) of the new Nintendo DS. The game is a pokemon racing game called "Pokemon Dash". It looks pretty cool...i'll be getting that game the day it's released in the U.S.
Now for the even better news....there are gonna be two new versions coming out for the DS sometime next year. Pokemon Diamond Version and Pokemon Pearl Version are going to be the new Pokemon RPG's coming out. The only Pokemon known to be in it is Gonbe (baby Snorlax)...And judging from the graphics in "Pokemon Dash", I think that Diamond and Pearl are gonna look WAY better than Ru/Sa/Em/FR/LG

In the Fr/Lg board, there's a thread similar to this one. The graphics are what I'm looking forward to most. Anybody haven't seen DS graphics screenshots? They should. The DS graphics are much more superior to the GBA graphics, thus I'm anticipating what the graphics for these new games will look like. I'm predicting these games will be released in 2006(NA)

I'm sorry, but a racing game sounds just plain stupid, If they wanted to make a racing game and make it successful they should've made it 6 years ago for the N64.

i like racing games. and like i said o nthe other board, i would get tehm if they weren't for a whole new system

I don't think the racing game will be any good because I think they are boring unless played with friends on my gamecube or something. I do agree that they should have made it six years ago to go on the N64! Although I am excited for the new games to be released I am also sad because then I have to *ahem* "waste" $150 bucks again just so I can keep playing my favorite games! I am happy though I didn't buy the new GBA XP just because it was cheap, $99 bucks! The stores definetly knew long before us about this new system...poo on them

It could be promising, but we'll have to wait and see. The idea isn't bad, though. it might be an ok game.

Yep, you bought an SP at the last minute. Those new pokemon games won't be coming out until late next year/early 2006. You still have plenty of time to pick up a DS. You can even consider adding the DS to your Christmas list
