Any guidelines or rules for this? Like a maximum on the number of new cards or no Extra Deck or something?

Well, first off Card of Divinity is horribly broken. First turn, set 4, play a monster, Card of Divinity. I draw 3, you discard 2. U mad? A potential +4 draw is a terrible thing. It definitely shouldn't have the "or discard" clause in it, and it needs something to prevent it becoming an instant staple, since being able to effortlessly +2 would garner it a spot in every deck. After all, Awakening from Beyond is likely to go staple anyway.

Perhaps 1 that lets you draw until you have both players have at least 3 cards in hand and then immediately ends your turn would be okay-ish, but even that borders on overpowered, at the very least.

You know, I'm still thinking of a way how to fix that card without turning it into crap like the real Card of Sanctity. Its not too difficult to fix Card of Demise, but Card of Sanctity is whole different story... If you guys find a way how to change that card without making totally different from the Anime effect, just feel free to tell me. For now, I'll try to combine it's effect with Graceful Charity's.

I just want to say that's got to be the best idea for a structure deck I've ever heard. love the card ideas especially. always liked toons and wished they could be better.

Knight of Black Dragon is a bad card, sorry. Paladin of White Dragon has the additional benefit of destroying face-down monsters and brings out a bigger monster. This would hardly do anything to make anyone want to run Red-Eyes any more. I'd suggest adding an additional effect and removing the "REBD cannot attack this turn" clause, since REBD is so much weaker and worse than the BEWD.

Seto's exclusives are nice also, though I sort of wish Spell Sanctuary treated all Normal Spells as Quickplay Spells, for Invader of Darkness shenanigans. Overall though, good cards. I should dig out my old character structure decks to post here. I think mine were of the old 55 card character structure design, with 40 cards used by the character and 15 cards not used by suitable to the character to form a side-deck. So I may have to adjust them if I post them.
I'd also recommend an effect added onto the Ritual Spell, as most Ritual Spells have these days.

The other 3 new cards are pretty nice though, although I think Blue Flame Swordsman could afford to be changed to treating the summon as a Fusion Summon, so you can revive Flame Swordsman from the Graveyard later. After all, being able to summon another 1800 ATK warrior from the Grave is hardly going to break the game.

I could have... but I ran out of New Card space Actually, I simply forgot that I could do such a thing :P

I'll get rid of Alchemical Experiments though, I think. It's not a particularly great card as it is.

Now, with 2 copies each of Absolute Zero, Great Tornado, Gaia, Shining, Eclipse and Eruption, as well as 3 copies of Failed Fusion in your Extra Deck, Super Polymerization just becomes an unstoppable lethal weapon of monster-stealing goodness.

I bumped it up by 1, but I'm really not sure it's too strong. After all, Infernity Guardian gets the same sort of thing simply by operating your deck as you're supposed to in an Infernity setting. I upped it by 1 each to be sure, and made it just E.HERO monsters, and I think it should be right. After all, it takes a while to get 6 E.HERO monsters in the grave, and then you can't burn them off Miracle Fusing, which is a big pain in the ass for Hero Fusion decks. So I'm sort of feeling it should be fine, but hard to say for sure without actually playtesting it.

I suppose Frog structure is always an option, if a tad predictable.

Hmm, you might be right. Though the Infernity setting, as you say, is an actual disadvantage, whereas having a full Graveyard is rarely a bad thing.

I made a Frog Structure on the last thread like this; all I'd be doing is the same thing plus one new version of Substitoad.
