Silent Swordsman LV5 doesn't accomplish anything, nor does it generate any advantage for you. I'd rather use Freed the Matchless General as my tribute monster. A RotA every turn.
Instead of Pot of Avarice (you want your monsters in the graveyard anyways, so sending back cards to the deck is counter-intuitive) fit in 1 or 2 Trap Stuns. In the YCS tourney in Toronto, it was a key card in many decks.
Looks good, hope you enjoy it.
Edit: Oh, and tech in Rivalry of Warlords once in awhile. It seriously wins me games against a lot of the meta decks out there.

Pot of Avarice has helped me alot in duel i always draw it late game and have plenty of non critical targets in the grave, as for teh tribute monster yea i think i like freed alot more than silent.
