The overload is part of a combo with Future Fusion, so that stays.
Wouldn't know what to remove with Allure anyway except for Gorz

I think Power Bond isn't such a great idea in here tbh. Makes for an awful topdeck and uses up too much to use. Maybe go for:
-2 Power Bond
-1 Proto Cyber Dragon
+1 Mind Control
+2 Shining Angel (helps get little CyDras on the field quicker and is Chaos fodder)
Just an opinion but try it out, think it could really help

Power Bond is the main card in the deck, Power Bond into Cyber Twin Dragon = 5600 beater that can attack twice, it's one of the many OTK's in this deck.
Mind Control is going to be too much of a dead card with only 2 tuners.
I would want to take out a proto , if not both of them, since I think those + Cydra + Zwei is going to be overkill.

Shining Angel is a need in my opinion. He can search for a Cyber, both proto and zwei, or The Light and gives some defense to the deck

Cyber Dragon decks are dead competitively, I suggest running Machina/ Geartown since they dodged the banlist and they can do very well.

If I wanted to play a Machina deck I woudl have posted a Machina deck, I played my share of that deck.
There are alot of cards that are bad top decking that doesn't mean you shouldn't play them, Power Bond is not a bad card, it's the heart of the deck, I want to play a Cyber OTK with Chaos in it, the best and fastest Cyber OTK is Power Bond for Cyber Twin Dragon, so I'll play Power Bond no matter what.
I got alot of targets anyway.

-2 Pot of Avarice
+2 Hand Destruction
From looking through your deck, I think this is the only thing I can comment on. Avarice is good and all...however you'd need 5 monsters in the grave in order to use it. Which judging from the deck you have no way of doing it quickly to fully use it, and it'll just be dead weight in the hand.
Hand Destruction gives some ease to getting rid of dead cards like Proto-Cyber Dragon which can cause problems.

With Power Bond and Future Fusion I shouldn't have any problems with the Pot of Avarice targets.
Besides I don't like to -1 myself with Hand Destruction and give my opponent advantage, don't get me wrong, it's a good card in certain decks , just not in this one imo.

Well this deck is still under construction so I don't have one for it.
But the Sidedeck i'm currently running is something like this :
2x Dust Tornado
2x Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror
2x Consecrated Light
2x Crevice Into the Different Dimension
3x Chivalry
2x Light-Imprisoning Mirror
2x Pulling the Rug
I'm running QD for the moment.
