Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if Medicham gets speed... as far as Baton Passing goes, he gets Recover. On G/S/C I ran a BP team. Half the time the BPer was offed before he could pass the increases, so I've been turned off of BPing for a while.
Might try Spinda (Lax Incense?) with Baton Pass, Calm Mind, Teeter Dance, Agility/Return. You could buy time with TD, and an actual attack may be good if the fight comes down to him. [shrugs] Your preference, I guess.
With Latios (Lum Berry), I'd go with Psychic, Surf/Ice Beam, Thunderbolt and Recover. Recover would give him a little more staying power.
As for Salamence (Leftovers), Dragon Claw, Flamethrower, Fly, Crunch/Earthquake. EQ is nice, but since you're running the route of building up everyone's special attack...

Fly = bad...
you fly, they power up...
they protect, you try to attack, but fail...

in the beginning they are sort of stupid (i got 2 wins in the lv 100 BT with a team of 3 lv 50's...) but they eventually build a counter team for yours...

also, dont go with HP if the power isnt like 65 or higher... even if it's 64, Aerial Ace's accuracy is better than just a few more points...
