Default Ash and Dust [Pure Volcanic]

The deck is aiming to thrive on complex environments and counter attempts at game-winning combos along with providing my own slow win condition of beatdown and Stardust/Doomfire.

This is a continuation of my previous deck last format... needs more testing for this format. I have some reasoning behind the card choices at the bottom.

[42] Main Deck

[20] Monster
[1] Tragoedia
[2] Volcanic Doomfire
[3] Volcanic Rocket
[3] Volcanic Shell
[3] Volcanic Scattershot
[2] Royal Firestorm Guards
[2] Rose, Warrior of Revenge
[1] Zombyra the Dark
[1] Summoner Monk
[1] Marshmallon
[1] Sangan

[12] Spell
[2] Shrink
[2] Book of Moon
[2] Mystical Space Typhoon
[2] Blaze Accelerator
[1] Tri-Blaze Accelerator
[1] Pot of Avarice
[1] Reinforcement of the Army
[1] Monster Reborn

[10] Trap
[3] Threatening Roar
[2] Divine Wrath
[2] Trap Stun
[1] Starlight Road
[1] Call of the Haunted
[1] Torrential Tribute

[15] Side
[X] Undecided

[15] Extra
[3] Stardust Dragon
[2] Thought Ruler Archfiend
[1] Colossal Fighter
[1] Red Dragon Archfiend
[2] Black Rose Dragon
[1] X-Saber Urbellum
[1] Turbo Warrior
[1] Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth
[1] Flamvell Uruquizas
[2] Magical Android

If you're simply curious to see what happens, go ahead and sub.

Additional Comment:

Preliminary build complete.
I would max out Firestorm guards just for draw power.. Umm maybe even a scared phoenix since Dark Hole is back?

2 Royal Firestorm Guards + 1 Pot of Avarice has proven to be the most consistent option in the past.

Dark Hole isn't really a fear since I generally have only about 1 monster out at a time... and when I do have multiple monsters out, one of them is usually Stardust since my goal is Stardust + Doomfire. I couldn't reliably run Sacred Phoenix in here and don't need to.

uhhh....i don;t really see the purpose of this deck...looks slow and i cans see a few dead draws....might recondmend cards like card trader or Magical Mallet.....and see if you can add in another triblaze...or take out one doom fire...i would generally keep the deck amount to 40 only to speed things up

Rocket +1
Shell +1/2
Scattershot +1(or more)
Guards +2
Pot +1

Doomfire (offensive beatstick)
Stardust (defensive beatstick)
Thought Ruler (defensive beatstick)

Shrink/Book/Roar/Trag/Marsh (stall)

In effect, it aims to generate advantage (while stalling) and shoot for Synchro/Doomfire beatdown. It works pretty consistently, but does have dead cards. I can usually play through some of the worse hands.

EDIT: Increasing the card count from 40 to 42 decreases the chances of drawing a particular card by 1%.

3 Rocket - 2 Blaze
2/3 Rocket - 1 Tri-Blaze
2 Doomfire

Pretty much, I have 5 chances of getting the first piece of Doomfire, 4 to 3 chances of getting the second, then 2 chances of getting Doomfire itself. I like the ratios I currently have as it decreases the chance of Tri-Blaze being dead and Doomfire being dead. they'll both make decent discards for Monk and Trag respectively... along with Wrath.

S/T line-up needs more testing.

Might test:

-1 Tragoedia
-2 Trap Stun
-1 Starlight Road
+2 Breaker the Magical Warrior
+1 Royal Oppression
+1 Giant Trunade

Additional Comment:

Any suggestions?
