Morphing Jar is a bit of a risk since your opponent also gets a fresh new hand but on the other hand it can also wreck any strategies your opponent may have. Spirit Reaper is an interesting tech but can easily be taken out by it's own effect so yeah...

But whatever floats your boat.

despite popular believe, Spirit Reaper is hard to get rid of

most popular targeting cards wouldn't kill it

such as Book of Moon, Compulsory Evacuation Device, or Brionac

I like the teched Reaper. Especially since the targeting effect has to resolve before Reaper's effect triggers.

I'm iffy on the Morphing Jar and single Oppression though.

Blackwings are a type of Antimeta, they are not otk anymore

Building a deck on quick kill can make it inconsistent, i am trying to make a consistent blackwing deck

at the start of my BW career Morphing Jar was beast for me, because no1 expects it and it won me a win-a-mat at regionals and a locals

with bww at 2, bws can get rid of their hand pretty fast (i am not sum1 who special summons bora whenever i can..i try to play it safe and consistent but i still find myself with 3 cards in hand)

i might be putting my old pal in another deck to fit in duality in the bws :\

I would add:
+1 Mystical Space Typhoon
+1 Delta Crow - Anti Reverse
+1 Dark Hole
+1 Monster Reborn

Then...

-1 Spirit Reaper
+1 Gorz

This because of Dark Hole

-1 Cards for Black Feathers
+1 Icarus Attack / Pot of Duality

Cards is too dangerous and remove from play your monster, Pot show the cards to your opponent but you make the choise, so it's good. However, I would run the third Icarus.

-1 Dust Tornado
+1 Mind Control

Expecially if you put another Icarus, you have enough destruction. Stealing a monster is priceless.

-1 Vayu
+1 Blizzard

Oppression at 1 makes 2 Vayu too much in my opinion, and another Blizzard would justify Mind Control

im not to sure about bw your gonna have a hard time with GBs, herald and dandy warrior. if any thing its time main thunder kings and maybe Skill Drain. and i wouldnt run a 3rd Icarus star light road is going to see alot more play now. i would run 3 blizzards try to hold a field with dandy warrior is going to be hard so getting your bw armed wing will help when they got them tokens. your side deck needs some work lots of random cards.
