Ultimate Blackwings!!!!!
It is not called Ultimate Blackwings for the fact that it use Ultimate Offering. It's for the fact that it is manly. This deck is where manly souls combine to form a Drill that will pierce the heavens! Just who the hell do ya think I am!!
Okay enough with the Gurren Lagann references, yes it is a Blackwing Deck w/ Ultimate Offering mostly because of the following:
Black Whirlwind+Ultimate Offering= Instant swarm win!

He uses Ultimate Offering, so he doesn't really need to SS, although no synchroing may hamper you a bit.
I hmm that means you can basically search 5 cards with ulti Offering + whirlwind

yea die hard guy! lol, jk. but seriously, die hard guy sounds much better than diamond dude. anyway, ultimate-offering is a tech i've seen on a few occasions. i'll be honest with you though. after awhile, you're going to see just how badly that card runs against you. i'll also give you warning on Mind Control and gorz. if you like to win, you'll pay close attention as to how often those cards actually come in handy and how often they become pointless cards in your hand. if you get the chance to take the deck to a regionals, you'll see exactly what i mean on each of the cards i've mentioned...minus die hard guy

I would maybe look at a Lightning Vortex in there somewhere. After Ultimate Summoning everything, Vortex clears the front field. Let it simmer, maybe you'll like it
