You're running a bit heavy on S/T hate and you don't need to.
Unless your meta is pretty much all gadget there is no reason for 2 CyDra in the main
-1 Cyber Dragon
-1 Cold Wave
-1 Nobleman of Extermination
+2 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch
+1 Soul Exchange
The point of the deck is to gain card advantage through Light and Darkness Dragon then use monarchs to provide 1 for 1s until you get the opponent topdecking. Which is why running into some of the opponent's S/T is okay, you'll end up with a nice 2 for 1. Their card the Monarch hit and their S/T for your Monarch. You can't really count the tribute because it's almost always going to come at no cost to you. Either it's Treeborn Frog and or you took a monster to tribute for with a 1 for 1 Spell.
Thestalos is good in here not only because of the hand disruption but because of how well it works with Soul Exchange. It's a very solid card for making 1 for 1 trades, which aids the deck nicely.
If you don't want 3 Thestalos you could consider Dark Dust Spirit which allows you to keep a constant flow of tributes and it's good against Infernity/X-Saber Swarming.
I personally aim for about 13-14 tributes, statistically ensuring that you get 2 tributes per opening hand. Frogs are Fine at 8 which gives you about 1 per opening hand.

SNYPE: Thank you for your advice.. i still like Cold Wave because it secures my monarchs and LaDD summon.. ill definently try 2 Thestalos.. and 2 NoE is because i hate Machina/BW/GB. Thestalos does wreck this format except infernity but i get LaDD like 2nd turn on Infernity and they scoop lol.

Gah, didn't you learn from the LAST Frognarch deck you raided with Genex Monarch that people don't like it. I even tested it, it's pretty horrible. My first opening hand with the deck showed me why it'll never work. I opened with the two Genex Controllers in my opening hand, which made my Genex Undine's all vanilla monsters and made it impossible to drop Treeborn Frog. If this was years ago or there weren't any frog cards to do the job better it'd be a decent option. However, this is not the case. Genex Monarch was outdated from the second it came out. Until Locomotion R-Genex arrives the best you can really do is drop Brionac or Goyo, but only if you can protect the Genex Undine for a turn. Otherwise, you're basically synching for armory arms all day. Even with Locomotion R-Genex (basically Genex Controller + Caius/Jinzo) arrives, it'll be only meh at best.

Stop being a loser mate, If you think that all ya can do with my build is synchro for Brionac or Goyo, then you really don't understand this deck or how to play yugioh for that matter.
