I'd been wondering about mana leak returning to the core, I think it's last hurrah was 7th? So I'll guess negate is out of the core with this in, not too big a blow considering how much functionality leak gives em to stop everything. Wonder how scars is gonna help and hinder blue, and what the new standard is gonna be like after alara rotates and we kiss elspeth, jund and more goodbye.

Keep reading. Tom LaPille was not at Grand Prix - Washington D.C. and nobody knows who overheard who saying it. Might have been just another one of the many dumb people who like to speculate crap (I dare you to visit Salvation's Speculation board for more than ten seconds).
