This seems like a parallel evolution that ends with Zen Garden, but Snyffus does appear to be an ideal tuner if the deck does need to Synchro. Only thing I feel particularly bad about is the inclusion of Don Zaloog -- but I have never been a big fan of his anyways. It is nice he has the hand/deck destruction option and can wall 3000 attackers in defense with the Garden's effect applied, but I still cannot back the guy fully. If he is cut, the deck goes down to 40 and 19 monsters ending up with a larger proportion of Rocks for reveal costs. Win, win?

- Dust Tornado

+ Mirror Force

- Morphing Jar

- Don Zaloog

+ 1 Dandylion

+ 1 Card Trooper

Also Consider Using Mormiloth and Oppression - Oppression mainly over a Dust Tornado and Prison / something else

Hope it helps
