pretty good, you may find water art aoi a little bit useless at times, and may need some more protection for your monsters, so i would probably try to fit in either 2 dimensional prison or 2 threatening roar into the deck, other then that very good build.
mind looking at mine here?

I was thinking the same thing but wasn't sure what to put in. Maybe threatening roar over d-prison because of the rise of infernites.

yeah and once they try to go for the OTK, drop Codarus, and ALO and your back in the game for the most part. im playing oppresion in mine, i feel like it is a good fit here, because this deck does play kind like a anti-meta deck, aside from Diva, which can be played before you activate your own oppresion. puts your oppenent in tough situations.

and u could always run trap stun. After Controlling the game with codarus and oppression, activate trap stun and explode from there.

Perhaps you should consider running Enemy Controller in here?
IMO - Enemy is pretty solid and works well in Current Water Decks - mainly alongside Diva. It Allows you to drop diva on turn one, grab another sea serpent and if its not to your liking, swap it for something better, clear the field, synchro and have two water monsters in your grave for salvage. Even if you only ran Diva as sea serpents
Summon Diva, Summon Spined Gilman, attack if possible, steal opponent's monster, attack again and then Synch with Diva in Main Phase 2.
Hope it helps

Have you had a chance to test this out yet? Moray of Greed never worked out well for me. I rarely had two monsters in my hand that I wanted to get rid of and often didn't have two in hand at all. With Grizzly and Diva special summoning from the deck, having spare monsters in the hand won't be too frequent. Pot of Avarice may be a better option, cycling those cards along with Warrior of Atlantis and whatever you discard with Abyss Soldier.
Treeborn Frog might be a useful addition. Since you're typically going to be using ALO/Temple to destroy cards, they won't be on the field long enough to disrupt Treeborn's summoning. It gives you a little more defense and provides easy tribute for Mobius and Levia.
