Darkest Removal

I'm not too worried about my build, tested and has not ever lost against middle tier decks. What I'm mostly shooting for is top tier, I'm curious as to whether or not this deck, which is rather evil of me to build, could potentially place in top 8 at regionals, and if not, let me know what to take out and throw in, and please don't bring down my trusty card count of 45 to do it And my fav combo is:

Special Summon Dark Grepher by discarding Jinzo, then use Dark Grepher's effect, discard Belial and send Dark Armed Dragon from Deck to Grave, then Normal Phantom of Chaos and use his effect, Remove Dark Armed, and use him as a Dark Darmed Dragon to destroy my opponents spells/traps, then last but not least, finish off his field with lightning vortex which I'd discard Malicious if i had him but i unfortunately do not. card is very hard to get. like ridiculously hard to get >.>
