ORICA CARDS? Legal?
I was looking thru EBAY and found this

its and english tcg Guardian Eatos, but has an alternative art card and is parrallel rare. Has anybody ever seen any of these? I knew a guy at my locals who had a card like this but it was a Dark Magician Girl. Does anybody know if these are legal to play and what are orica cards?

Nope. If you look closely you can also see that the card has the anime effect. Still, it looks pretty cool, not something I want to pay 50 bucks for though.
How did he do that I wonder? I've been wondering what that shiny stuff on Parallels were and where to get it. |

Very illegel, but looks very good. They would probably allow you to use it at a locals as long as you have the real thing with you to prove that you have it, but other than that, Konami wouldn't let you use it a big tournament.
