No. He has enugh S/T destruction with Mystical, heavy storm, and 1 Righteous Justice. Especially since Stratos's second eff can be used.. However, -1 Mystical and +1 Righteous Justice could be better since you're most likely to have more then 1 E-hero so you could get more card bombing
