It techs a lot better than Herald of Orange Light, that's for sure.
Solid side deck card if you're worried about monster effects and could use the tuning options.

I'll be running 2 of these and 2 Crow in my sidedeck. This stops a lot of plays which is very nice.

its good enough to be a side deck worthy card especially if you also into using it to synchro summoning.
