This deck is doing very well and I want to take it to the next tournament on Saturday. I'm not using Light-Imprisoning Mirror because there's only one person who runs Lightsworn at the shop I play at. I've made a new Six Samurai Thread because my old Deck wasn't as good as this build. Please give me your thoughts on the build.

I've tried Solidarity and it's now replaced by Gateway of the Six because it's a more versatile card. Also, Solidarity was usually worthless in my experience and other cards would help more than a 800 ATK boost.

Enishi doing well?

I use to run Six Sam and Enishi was always a dead card for me.

Enishi is doing great for me, he's never really a dead draw. Enishi usually helps me push for game of get rid of my opponent's Synchro Monsters.

you can special summon all monsters in your turn, if your opponent's play a bw, ls or gb, activate inmediately oppression to negate all opponent's move ;D

Then wouldn't they be able to negate my Special Summons?

I'm not worried about Blackwing decks, they aren't better than my Six Samurai deck. I've beaten every Blackwing deck that I've faced so they're no concern. Gadgets are easy to beat when I switch Cunning of the Six Samurai for Royal Decree, and Gladiator Beast decks get wrecked by Legendary Jujitsu Master and D.D. Crow.

yes, but you use RO the intelligent form, not activate RO when you have a Special Summon hand, and set to kill your opponent's Lumina, Gale, and another similar meta cards -o-

You're almost at 100 posts, and I know you're supposed to use it intelligently, but my deck is focused on a quick kill. My friend uses Royal Oppression in his Blackwing build and it's never beneficial.

a lot of people that uses Blackwing has 2 Oppression in main deck, it's good

i use oppression in bw & samu in YVD, and is really cool,

activate gateway
normal zanji
special grandmaster
remove 4 counters
add irou/hand
set oppression
set my body as a shield
end

opponent's turn
charge
send wulf
i activate oppresion
destroy wulf
destroy his move ;D

You should make a Signature now! And I understand your standpoint, maybe I can test it out. Can you show me your deck list? If you don't mind I want to see your build to see why Royal Oppression works so well.

Thanks, and you really should make a Signature. You meet the requirements, all you do is go to Control Panel and go from there.

I really want to build a SS Chaos Variant... But it would probably take so much effort to make it work.. haha. Just a thought... I miss Tele-Sam... Those were the good days.

Also, how has Return of the SS been working for you? I was always fond of the Double-Edge combo with Hand. It the life-point lose to much now for Six Sams?

I like using Return of the Six Samurai over Double-Edged Sword Technique because I can usually get Spirit of the Six Samurai back and equip him. I use it because I take no damage and it gives me field advantage. I use it over Call of the Haunted because my Call of the Haunted usually stays on the field, making Gorz the Emissary of Darkness useless. I don't remember Tele-Sam, but I do remember running the build with three Reasoning and three Reinforcement of the Army. Maybe it's because I quit before Synchro Monsters came out. XD

I just started playing my samurai deck again and i run two gsarc and and enishi, i dont do Lightning vortex tho cuz i figured SS can get themselves out of monster trouble lol..

You have a point about their ability to get out of monster trouble. Regardless, what do you think about my build?

I've made the deck readable, and I want to know if there's anything else I can use instead of Trap Hole in my Side Board. Any advice will be appreciated, however, don't suggest Light-Imprisoning Mirror because there's only one person who runs Lightsworn in my area.

I'm using Return of the Six Samurai in place of Call of the Haunted, and because I usually get Spirit of the Six Samurai back onto my field, later equipping him to my Six Samurai Monsters. Occasionally I use it for Hand of the Six Samurai.

if u use it more for hand i would say take it out and put in DEST. for ur side id say take out a decree and a vortex for 2 imperial iron wall or remove trap.

I have been trying Imperial Iron Wall, but my Ultimate Lightning Vortex and Super Royal Decree just look prettier (LOL). Seriously though, Imperial Iron Wall works, but I just side in Soul Release against anyone who runs Zombie or Lightsworn, along with D.D. Crow.

As for Double-Edged Sword Technique, I find it situational and only really beneficial when I do have Hand of the Six Samurai out on the field. If I add in another Hand of the Six Samurai and one more Gateway of the Six, I'll test it out again.

Anything Else?

I'll try to get another Hand of the Six Samurai in order to test out the Double-Edged Sword Technique. In the meantime, what other suggestions can you, or anyone on Pojo, make?
