Cyber Twin Dragon or Cyber End Dragon?
Well, there's the question. Cyber Twin has 2800 atk and can atk twice, and Cyber End has 4000 atk and can inflict damaga if he attacks a defense monster... So who would you rather have on the field??

Cyber End will be incredibly hard to get out to the field with one Cyber Dragon in your deck, so more than likely Cyber Twin will be the way to go. Speaking of which... how do you plan either of them out?

Oh no, I was saying that you could have 3 Cyber Dragons in your deck and the 2 Fusion dragons were out on the field and you had to take someone out... Who would you choose?? That's the question

Depends on the other cards, but 90% of the time, Twin wins.

Twin. It can do up to 5600. End only 4000.

Cyber Twin and End had their respective formats. Cyber End was more specific and Cyber Twin was more general because he's easier to summon and can deal more damage to an open field.

Cyber End Dragon looks cooler, but as we all know, looks aren't everything. Power Bond and Limiter Removal on Cyber Twin Dragon, even when your opponent has a monster out, is basically a good game. Cyber Twin is so much easier to summon too.

Or. Or. Or you could ignore the ban list and run 3 Metamorphosis. Summon Darkness Metal Dragon, revive Blue-Eyes, morph Blue-Eyes into Twin and Darkness into End. ';..;'

Or. Or. Or. I could just ignore the rules entirely and make my entire deck Exodia pieces. ;..;

That you could. I hope your deck consists solely of 5 cards.

Ask yourself this. What would you bring out with Cyber Stein if you could use it?

If they have more than 1 monster, Twin usually.
Do they have a monster in defense you're afraid of? (like jujitsu) End.
Then it also comes down to your hand.
Consider the following cards:
Megamorph: Twin = 7000 End=9000
Limiter Removal: Twin=11200 End=9000
Power Bond:Twin=11200 End=9000
Twin Swords: Twin= 4600 End 7000
Honest: Twin= 2800 + Monster Attack End:4000
De-Fusion: Twin=7000 End:10300
[may vary under materials]
There are just too many variables without knowing the specifics.
But in general, Twin is easier to summon so if you are building a deck, focus on him.

Twin's a hella lot easier to get out and it works pretty well in Evil Heroes.
Cyber + Light Sealed Hex = Twin xD

Activate Power Bond, remove 2 zweis, summon Cyber Twin.
Activate BFaDD, targeting Zweis.
Activate Power Bond, remove 2 zweis, summon Cyber Twin.
Activate Limiter Removal.
Epic win.
