judging from the last turbo pack, the rares and commons will be reprints of at most, super rares
Additional Comment:
the ultimate will be a 70 dollar card (like jd probably) and the ultra will be an event card that is hard to get (but sjc cards have all been reprinted）

airup better go make a pegasus league deck, they're only prizes for the pegasus league side event
or u can buy them from the winner
and they're not going to reprint playable ultras as rares. they didnt do that for TU 1 except for satalite cannon (trash ultra) and crush (banned ultra)

Because you can tell a pattern/criteria from the one and only set so far.

I agree with whoever it is that said super rare waboku, that NEEDS to be officially holo-ed out already. any card that was first printed like what 6 years ago and has been completely playable the entire time needs to be made into a super already. other thoughts, i like a reprinted plague, but for some reason I doubt it, ultimate DAD, just to balance out light and dark, shiney chaos sorcerer, shiney gravity bind. those are my thoughts.

ultra oppression? wow thats pushing it I'd say, lol..lets see..what could end up being the ultra since Dark End is not viable..hmm
I dont think it can be a jump card...
Turbo Packs already set a precident for having good cards as ultras unlike champions packs(where it was only stone) or the latter Tournament Packs(Decree, Jar and Warrior were about it)
Honestly after looking over the unreleased cards I just have no clue...but I think Sorceror could get the Ultra Treatment..you know had BLS/CED not been in that same set, Sorceror would have been ultra...

the only thing is MK most people are pegging Sorceror to be a Super..I'm in a sheer minority pegging it as the ultra...only because there's really nothing else that could be ultra'd in my opinion
MAYBE Sirrocco cause he's the boss non synchro monster of the BW build
