LV 4 Spellcaster Fusion?
Are there any level 4 spellcaster fusions that can be special summoned with instant fusion?

nope
only LV4 Fusions are:
Darkfire Dragon
Karbonala Warrior
Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin
Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss
the latter 2 can't be S/S'd with Instant Noodles i mean Fusion
the only Fusion that can be S/S'd by Instant Fusion is Magician King, LV5. which is still pretty nice
Arcane Apprentice + Instant Fusion = Arcanite/AM

I think strikemasterice meant that Musician King is the only Spellcaster-type Fusion that can be Summoned by Instant Fusion, which, at least in the case of the Advanced Format, is true.
