Fair enough, I've actually been dabbling with a control-variant myself.
I would suggest you do the following:
- 1 Batteryman C
- 1 Batteryman D
- 1 Hand Destruction
+ 1 Card Destruction
+ 2 Junk Synchron
+ 1 Extra Deck

Also one more thing. I dont have Infernal Reckless Summon. Do you think the deck will do okay without it?

Well, the OTK variant always runs IRS, but this is a control variant, and as such should be treated differently.
I would use IRS, but your Portable Battery Packs fill that slot no problem.

I Personally wouldn't run Industrial Strength, Or C.
Industrial Strength Was only good with Dimension Fusion , In my opinion, And C Is just bad.
I would also Suggest honest but I Don't Know if you have them in hand.

Well I said i would run every Batteryman so I will continue to do so. Plus Industrial Strength is a good card and can easily be the third Batteryman you need for Short Circut.

Yeah , but you have to also Remove 2 To get it onto the field, and Keep Removing to use it's effect , And that Doesn't have Great Synergy With Battery Charger and Battery Pack.

I don't have to remove any cards to destroy. Usually Short Circut works just fine.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.
Industrial is a great card for the Batterymen, with or without Dimension Fusion.
C is bad, but the OP has expressed his need to include every Batteryman monster, despite their cruddiness.
Batteryman decks in general, don't run Honest.
Go read the guide before you spout baseless drivel.

I am considering running a third Charger. Maybe 3 Chargers instead of 3 Micro Cells.

It doesn't look like much spell/trap destruction. Add a Mystical space typhoon?
Also, you have way to many traps with how often Decree is ran. That can kill you.

I may do that, but I think I may need to rely on Short Circut a bit so 2 might not be enough. I'll definetly try to fit in MST or Giant Trunade though. With me running 3 Short Circuts Im probably gonna run 3 Chargers and 3 Micro Cells.

With portable battery packs, battery chargers, and Batteryman Industrial Strength all need Batterymen in the graveyard I don't think that card will be of much use.
