it still doesnt seem necessary to me to have the same effect as the 2nd hokage. i know they are brothers and whatever but this will be the second time they do the same effect
anyways id still prefer the first hokage (the great founder of the leaf) one just because id always prefer ping. and earth already has a few negations

Earth's only negations are Byakugan cards, or some Uemon clan justsu along with Karenbana's effect which requires a coin flip. all of which have a down side kinda. karenbana is a 4/3 healthy turn 4 with 1 HAND COST. wtf. you need to run the byakugan deck for the byakugan negations and the uemon clan negation jutsu requires karenbana. non of those are worth it (besides maybe byakugan, those decks work.) Disguise jutsu works around targeting you but if they use a sharingan eye or something, you're screwed. plus, the extra support gives earth a big boost, making deidara the most prominent earth head ninja the first hokage a better back ninja. |

siksilva has a point, earth lacks true negation that could be used by any ninja. we need some sort of wind scythe or gig fan for earth
