Yeah in Europe they are Ł10 for Retro Pack 1 which is like $17.
Plus we never get jump officially so Baboon is impossible for some.

If the European version contained Green Baboon, you'd all be complaining about how Gorz is more playable than Baboon and Europe was robbed of the ability to easily get Gorz.

Its not suprising America gets the better deal, while its difficult for Europe to recieve Green Baboon. Green Baboon is the obvious better choice.
That said, Gorz to get is good, even if its long overdue for Europe.
