if ur in a mirror match, theres nothing worth solemning whatsoever, imo, pay half ur lifepoints to negate thier normal summon? =/
and instead of solemning the kitty cats cold wave, just play threatning roar (:
i dont like coldwave in blackwings cuhz it stops whirlwind, which contradicts cold wave in there to be able to swarm freely, since whirlwind starts swarms.
Reckless r in there in order to make sure u pair ur whirlwinds, draw extra allures, gales, and the like, and is chainable(: whihc is a big + in this format, with arcanite pop pops everywhere

It's not good. The Destiny Hero engine just makes everything worse, because you don't need to overcompensate for losing Gale. Just use 3x Blizzard and 3x Icarus Attack and some cards to discard BW's. You don't even have enough LV2 Tuners to work with Malicious. If you want to keep the Engine, still use 3x Blizzard.

theres a lot of cards in here that shouldnt be like thunder king, cyber dragon, hammer shot,dark eruption, and fissures and add 8 more synchros

01: They can special summon all they want it's whether you decide to tribute a monster to stop it or not.
02: Fair point. I can't argue much to a strong monster, but the effect really is bad from just looking at it in this deck. You are stopping yourself from your three Black Whirlwinds.
03: Okay. I can see it being dead sometimes though.
If I was to go back to using Blackwings like the build you're showing. I'd - the two Rai-Oh. And add Dark Armed Dragon. And maybe Mind Control. You have three tuners. It's good tech.

Ahaha. I'm guessing you have neither. We'll the later isn't so hard to get... But DaD isn't that hardest in the world any more either.
Good luck getting your edits.
Try triple Reckless over some other stuff like - 2 Hammer Shot -1 Smashing Ground + 3 Reckless.
Remember Reckless is better used in pairs or triplets. Never on its own.
You could also - CED and + A third Roar. CED just means your opponent can use a monster one more time. It'll still be there. At least with Roar you can try and take it down next turn.
