Even if this is real.... Why would anyone care about Vice Dragon? Cyber Dragon instead. Because it has 2100 and it actually STAYS at 2100 when it hits the field like that.

Its a target for two Viruses  .
So Vice Dragon is a extremely rare Special Edition Card that should not have been on the Special Edition Pack to begin with  ?
