Hi this is just a simple questoon wich drives people crazy if they cant find it.

how do I get all the HM's

So far I personally have flash, cut, fly, and surf. I'm missing strength and Rocksmash

Seeing as you have Surf, you should have picked up an item in the Safari Zone on your way to the Secret House called 'Gold Teeth'. The Warden in the same town who can't talk needs them, and he'll give you the Strength HM in return.

For Rock Smash, on Island One, at the Ember Spa, one of the guys will give you that HM if you talk to him.
