The Best Competitive Blue-Eyes Deck of 2009!
Legend of Blue-Eyes

2 - Stardust Dragon
2 - Dark Strike Fighter
2 - Magical Android
1 - Goyo Guardian
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
That's right. Blue-Eyes decks that focuses more on the Light attribute with a few Warriors thrown in is much more consistent than a Blue-Eyes deck with Dragon themed monsters. With the Light attribute, Shining Angel can search out more than half the deck for monsters like Kaibaman, D.D. Warrior Lady, etc....
Stratos is in the deck to search out Prisma, and both of these monsters can be searched via Reinforcements. So it's a guarantee that you will be able to play Prisma to pull off his effect and pull off a Burst Stream of Destruction on your opponent. The Stones speed the deck up by adding Blue-Eyes to your hand, while also having the chance to synchro summon.
This build is by far the best Blue-Eyes deck that anyone can hope to dream of. Unless somebody here thinks that it needs a fix?

Only change I see is:
- Dust Tornado x1
- Divine wrath x1
- Magic Drain x1
+ Solemn Judgment x3
And that's if you can get them. Good job, 10/10.

Traps are a personal taste. I prefer not to lose so many lifepoints for Solemn.

Solemn proves a point about Solemn. lawl. Solemns're good, but don't sweat it TOO hard if you can't get them. As Solemn said, it's if you can get them. Until you can, your options are perfectly fine. 10/10 on the deck, it's awesome. o:

3 Solemns
1 Mirror Force
1 Torrential
1 Dustshoot
2/3 Bottomless
would be better for the traps.

I know about Ancient Rules, but the card is a -1. I would much rather special summon my Blue-Eyes with a Kaibaman who is searchable by both Shining Angel and Reinforcements.

What would be the point of Herald of Creation? It would be more beneficial to keep Blue-Eyes in the graveyard to use Dragon's Mirror or to special summon Blue-Eyes from the grave with Birthright.
Trade In is a waste of deck space. Your a giving up two cards to get two more cards. Your not gaining anything other than just fueling the grave with Blue-Eyes, but why do that when you can special summon Blue-Eyes with Kaibaman? Also, I already know that you can't use Light Hex's effect with Ragnarok to bring out Dragun, but you can use it's effect with Cyber to bring out Cyber Twin. There are other ways to bring out Dragun by using Polymerization or Dragon's Mirror. So Ragnarok stays.

Bleh....I hate Torrential. I don't like destroying my own monsters. Same with Solemn, I don't like losing so many lifepoints. Changing the Traps is fine to suit your personal liking, because it's not like changing up the traps will dramatically make the deck any better or worse.
I personally would keep in the two Birthrights because it's easy enough to dump Blue-Eyes in the graveyard. Mirror Force is a staple obviously. Anything else in the trap line-up is to either protect your monsters or for monster removal. If you guys think Solemn will make the deck better then cool, but I would much rather use traps like Magic Drain or Divine Wrath.

- 1 Divine Wrath
+ 1 Bottomless
A light centered BEWD deck...unusual to say the least. Personally I despise Divine Wrath. Would much rather remove the pest than waste an extra card to get rid of it. It might be a good idea to side one though.
Unfortunately that's all I have at the moment. I like the theme, drastically different than my BEWD deck, and don't wish to flip it on its head.

You should try using Totem Dragon, Foolish Burial, Trade-In, and Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. It's fun to Foolish Burial/Future Fusion White Stone, then search for Blue-Eyes and discard it for Trade-In. Totem Dragon also gives you tribute fodder for Blue-Eyes.

Totem Dragon should only be used for dedicated Dragon based decks. I know that this is a Blue-Eyes deck and while Blue-Eyes is a Dragon monster, Blue-Eyes works better focusing on the Light attribute. A Blue-Eyes deck should never focus mainly on being a dedicated Dragon based deck. This is the reason as to why I did not include Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. Not enough Dragon monsters to make use of his effect, and besides I have King Dragun to special summon my Blue-Eyes and to provide protection.
Trade In is a waste of deck space and Future Fusion trumps Foolish Burial, so there is no reason to run either of those cards.

Yeah, despite what most people think, Blue-Eyes works way better focusing more on the Light attribute than focusing on it's Dragon support. Having things like Honest and Prisma is why Blue-Eyes is much more consistent and successful.

Maybe Freed the Brave Wanderer? It's searchable with ROTA and gives you other ways to get rid of your opponent's monsters. It's worth a try, maybe.

I thought about Freed, and while he could be a good option for this deck, I decided not to use him because lack of deck space. I also did not want to remove monsters from the graveyard so that I will be able to fusion summon with Dragon's Mirror, use Pot of Avarice, or summon Blue-Eyes back from the graveyard with Birthright.

Updated the trap line-up. Think it's a tad bit better now.

It's a light deck and so I have to say Rai-Oh. While this isn't particularly an anti-meta deck, and rai-oh isn't a warrior, it adds great muscle while blue-eyes is off the field and well, don't use your search cards while he's on the field, it's not hard to get around his effect

He has a point..... As the only way I can see for fusing King dragun would be light hex, but you can't as dragun is dark...... so would you please care to elaborate on how you summon King dragun?
