because unless you have experience running spellcasters, most people think they aren't very competitive and give semi stupid advice like the post above mine. you do need allures and you also need to figure out what kind of spellcaster deck you are running. are you going to make a control deck? or are you going to make synchro engine deck? you should check the official spellcaster thread in the strategies forums for tips and info on the different cards.

From experience and bias, i can tell you what cards i wouldn't run.
-1 Magician's circle
-1 scapegoat
-2 Spell power grasp
-1 Endymion, Master Magician
-1 Dark Red Enchanter
-2 crystal seer
i personally don't run the apprentice engine in my counter based build, but it can be useful to search out night's end since you will have problems getting to your tuners. no matter what you do, you will need to
+2 allure of darkness
and you will really want to consider
+2 summon priest ( summoner monk)
you may want to max out nights end for tuners and since you probably want to get arcanite out the most i would suggest
+1-2 instant fusion
+1-2 musician king.
I'm tired. nite.^^

thanks! I'm liking your fixes .
I still need some final tweaks:
Monsters: 19
x2 Magical Marionette
x2 Skilled Dark Magician
x1 Breaker the Magical Warrior
x1 Defender, the Magical Knight
x3 Magical Exemplar
x2 Summoner Monk
x1 Injection Fairy Lily
x3 Night’s End Sorcerer
x3 Apprentice Magician
x1 Old Vindictive Magician
Spells: 16
x2 Magical Citadel of Endymion
x1 Terraforming
x2 Allure of Darkness
x2 Instant Fusion
x1 Magical Dimension
x1 Brain Control
x2 Foolish Burial
x1 Smashing Ground
x1 Book of Moon
x1 Heavy Storm
x1 Monster Reborn
x1 Mystical Space Typhoon
Traps: 2
x1 Torrential Tribute
x1 Mirror Force
Extra Deck:
x2 Musician King
x2 Arcanite Magician
x2 Tempest Magician
x2 Stardust Dragon
x2 Black Rose Dragon
x1 Goyo Guardian
Would love to read your advice.

A spellcaster deck that abuse's counters should use Spell Power Grasp, especially since Tempest does alot of damage with spellcounters. Spell Power Grasp lets to place a spell counter on one of your monsters, while it generates 1 for generators of spell counters, thins out your deck, and helps you gain advantages with spell counters.
Summoner Monk is terrible for SpellCounter abuse decks, yes I get my monster special summoned, who can't do anything this turn, and I've wasted by Spell card.
Endymion helps in dire situations, and his effect is repeatable if enough spellcounters are there.

Terraforming is just a way better card then running 3 of the same field card.
Thins out your deck, and you gain a spell counter.

i'm a fan of spellcasters but not a expert and i recently made a spellcaster deck as well like 2 days ago,and i NEARLY beat my blackwing so i'd say is decent.
Also for above, spellcaster's secret village is tottaly garbage, since ur opponent cant play spells which u wont be getting counters -.- so is a disadvantage for spell counters deck.
Oops my bad mistaken it to premature burial lol
