it's fine for ingame... would get owned by a Regice in an actual battle...

Ice Beam Latias, Salamence, and Rayquaza...
Thunderbolt Walrein and Starmie...

the only thing that could stand a chance is the Swampert...

With Swampert, drop Rock Tomb for Brick Break. If you're going to go for all out cleaners, might as well make sure you don't have to worry about light screen and reflect.

Starmie should have Recover. You have enough guys with Blizzard, drop it for Recover and give him more staying power.

i agree with Absol. even with rock and fire attacks, ice is still a major threat.

It's pretty good. The only thing is that you should cut back on Legendarys and get rid of Starmie for an electric type POKEMON. Try to make them the same L.V. P.S. Why did you pick Latias............ohhhhhh what do I care it's your game. P.S.S. Walrien rocks!!!
